Modular Design Group is a designer of custom "Modular" homes - more recently referred to as "Prefab" homes.

The photo gallery below contains a  few examples of the possibilities in Single Family and Multi Family homes. The designs can range from "Cottage " or "The Not So Big" homes to larger and more "Estate" looking homes.

These homes can be built with equal quality as a site "Stick Built" home for less cost and time for construction. We work with home owners as well as developers, builders, and housing manufacturers.
